Refund Policy

At Collabo, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis if requested within 48 hours of the renewal.
  • Annual Subscriptions: You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the core features of our service and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months of service (pro-rated refunds).
  • Fees for professional services or onboarding packages once the service has commenced.
  • Requests made after the eligible refund period has passed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at collabo.timetracker@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your account email address.
  • Order number or transaction ID.
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your request.

5. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.
